  Were do I even begin!!!! From the time I walked into the doer til the time I left. Judy the manager was a patient angel. I had absolutely no clue what I was looking for and walked away with the perfect dress.it was a fun atmosphere and not stuffy at all. I will be sending EVERYONE there. Thank you thank you thank you Judy in Gibsonia you are a very sweet woman.

  I made an appointment at this store in my search for a Mother of the Groom dress. I read previously posted reviews that were less than favorable but decided I wouldn't let that influence my decision to check out this shop. I walked in and told one of the clerks I was there for my appointment. She didn't ask my name & only said they had a flurry of Mothers come in looking for dresses. When I arrived there were 2 clients there, one in the process of checking out, & 4 employees. I was directed to the area where the Mother's dresses were & was told they were grouped by color & the sizes were in no particular order. Thankfully my friend was there to help me with the handful of dresses I selected to try on. A different clerk opened the dressing room door for me & that was the last interaction I had with any employee. No one asked how I was doing, or if I needed help or advice. My friend was there before with another friend of hers who had the exact same experience. I'm ready to spend upwards of $500 for a dress & expect a little more attention & assistance. I was treated as though I walked in off the street without an appointment. I left feeling extremely frustrated & will be taking my business elsewhere.
